• You may enter the ICE! queue line starting at the time listed on your ticket.
• All sales are final and non-refundable. Optional ticket insurance is available.
• Requests to change the date/time of your ticket are subject to availability and can be made by replying to your confirmation email. Please note that changes may affect pricing, and any balances are due at the time the change is made.
• Parkas will be provided at the entrance to ICE! No personal coat check is provided.
• Strollers are allowed if they do not impede traffic flow. Side-by-side strollers and wagons (including stroller wagons), whether pushed or pulled, are not permitted.
